Types of properties in Denver

Ever watch “Flip That House”, “House Hunters”, or other similar shows? I usually do not enjoy watching TV yet can’t get enough of those shows. If you live in Denver, it might be a little confusing when they are filming on the East Coast and are looking at apartments to buy.  In Denver an apartment is strictly a rental and most times you can’t purchase in an apartment complex.  Similarly, Denver natives are very familiar with the Denver Bungalow type of home, yet many new buyers to the area are unfamiliar with the type.
