Pet Showers?
Are you kidding me!?!? Have you seen the new IN trend of putting a pet shower in luxury homes? The so called logic behind the idea is that ‘a clean home starts with clean pets and animals”. Blah Blah Blah. And who wants to bath the family dog in the shower? Check out this pic

This is insane!!! I understand that we all want a clean home yet what ever happened to hosing your dog off in the back yard, bathing them in the bath tub or taking them to the groomers? For the 95% of home owners who don’t even clean their bathrooms, take out their trash or know how to use a mop, these doggy showers are going to become glorified shoe storage. For heavens sake who do you think you are…

It is beginning to look a little like spring. Home owners are heading to the Home Depot and neighborhood Lowes and Paulino Gardens to decide how they are going to spruce up their yards, improve their property values and enjoy their yard/garden a little more this year than last year. I’m not going to offer advice on what plants to plant, and which stone to lay. I strictly want to encourage everyone to get outside and do something to improve you homes appeal and value while increasing your desire to utilize the space. Daily Real Estate News | March 24, 2008 Existing-Home Sales Rise in February
Sales of existing homes increased in February and remain within a fairly stable range, according to the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
Existing-home sales - including single-family, townhomes, condominiums and co-ops - rose 2.9 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.03 million units in February from a pace of 4.89 million in January, but remain 23.8 percent below the 6.60 million-unit level in February 2007. The sales pace has been in a fairly narrow range since last September.
