Why not rent out if you have a prime location in Cherry Creek or downtown? It does the guests a favor - they will not have to book a hotel room as far out as Golden, where rates for a tiny room are upwards of $600 a night -- and the homeowners get to profit for their ingenuity. I agree with the Fd up. Yet the money does sound pretty tempting. I wonder if I can just rent out my husband and not my house?
