Why do I love this business

This is going to be a short post, I am just wanting to type for a minute about what is on my mind. I shouldn’t have to explain, this is my website, I can do what I want!

I often get asked, why are you a REALTOR? How did you get into the business.

Well, for me the answer is pretty simple and very important to me.

I love feeling the energy of putting a deal together. Every transaction is different and every transaction needs a dynamic facilitator (that would be me) to keep it on track and keep it clean. When a deal is coming apart at the seems and others run for cover, I love stepping up and finding a solution. I thrive on negotiation.

I truly enjoy working with clients who recognize our remarkable service and really appreciate us. We put everything that we have into a deal and work tremendously hard and smart to protect and serve our clients.

Man I love houses, fixing them up, seeing what others have done with theirs, studying neighborhoods and trends, and seeing how happy a great house makes a couple or family.

My time is mine, and my success is directly linked to my own actions.

As for the, How did I get into the business question. That is easy, I grew up in an Air Force family, we had several brokers that we were disappointed with. I knew that I could do a better job then them and save families from getting stuck with a broker who was in the business for the wrong reason.
